You agree to use Services lawfully and not to hack, bypass security, distribute malware, or misuse data. Breach may result in immediate termination.
All software, content, designs, and trademarks remain EmpMonitor’s property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for lawful business use. Reverse engineering, copying, or derivative works are prohibited.
EmpMonitor integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, analytics, storage). Some integrations may require additional fees. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
To the extent permitted by law, EmpMonitor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Your subscription begins immediately after your initial payment is successfully processed.
Payments made online via Stripe or PayPal are set to renew on the anniversary date of your initial purchase automatically.
By subscribing, you consent to EmpMonitor securely storing your payment details and automatically charging your payment method for each renewal period until you choose to cancel.
By agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly authorize EmpMonitor to process automatic recurring charges on your stored payment method for subscription renewals.
Recurring charges will continue unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Admin Console by disabling auto-renewal or by contacting support@empmonitor.com or sumit@empmonitor.com.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before the renewal date.
If a customer contacts their representative and informs us at least 1 week before the renewal date to cancel the subscription, we accept that request.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time in your active subscription period.
5.4 Refund Policy
EmpMonitor is not obligated to provide refunds at any time, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds will not be granted if:

Once approved, please allow up to seven (7) days for processing. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Services.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Any data stored within your account may be deleted or rendered inaccessible. Sections relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law will survive termination.
We strive for 24/7 uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, outages, or force majeure may occur. Features, pricing, or functionality may be modified at our discretion, with reasonable notice where material.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes unresolved after good-faith negotiation will be settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in the English language.
