Your subscription begins immediately after your initial payment is successfully processed.
Payments made online via Stripe or PayPal are automatically renewed on the anniversary date of your initial purchase.
By subscribing, you consent to EmpMonitor storing your payment details and automatically charging them for each renewal period until you decide to cancel.
2. Consent to Recurring Payments
By agreeing to these terms, you willingly authorize EmpMonitor to process automatic recurring charges on your stored payment method.
Recurring charges will continue unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
3. Cancellation Process
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Admin Console by disabling auto-renewal or by contacting our customer support team.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before the renewal date.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of your active subscription.
4. Refund Policy
EmpMonitor is not obligated to provide refunds at any time.
Users will not receive refunds if:
They cancel the account during an active subscription term.
They downgrade their subscription level during the term.
Refund requests, where applicable, must be submitted within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
Please allow up to seven (7) days from the receipt of your request to process your refund.
Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Our support team will confirm the outcome of your refund request via email.
